Honkai Haven currently does not offer returns on its products.
For packages lost during transit, please submit claims within 15 days from the estimated delivery date. Refunds will be issued for claims determined to be caused by our error.
Your entire order amount will be refunded, and we will process the reimbursement through the same payment channel you used, whether you made the transaction with a credit card or cryptocurrency.
If you’ve entered an incorrect address during your order placement, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible, before your order is shipped out. Provide us with the correct shipping information so that we can update your order details. Should your package already be in transit, we suggest contacting your local courier service for further assistance.
